Lindsay is part of the corporate practice group of Zimmerman Kiser Sutcliffe, focusing on transactional matters including commercial contracting, intellectual property, strategic business planning, risk management, corporate formation, mergers, acquisitions, employment law, and advising on other general corporate and commercial activities. Lindsay clerked with ZKS the summer of 2018 and upon graduation from Emory University School of Law was hired by the firm. She received her undergraduate degree from The Florida State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Psychology.

Matthew G. Petra is a Real Estate Attorney and a Shareholder at the firm. He is board certified in real estate law by the Florida Bar and handles various real estate matters including acquisition, development, management, and disposition. His practice also focuses on commercial lending and representing tenants and landlords in commercial leases. Prior to joining ZKS, Matthew specialized in community associations, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He received his J.D. from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law, and his M.B.A. and B.S. in Finance, Real Estate from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Matthew has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch by The Best Lawyers in Americaﾩ publication. He is a dual citizen of the United States and the Czech Republic.
