In litigation, Jason represents financial services clients in civil cases involving claims related to the FCRA, FDCPA, TILA, and RESPA. He is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. Jason is also counsel to the American Bankers Association and frequently speaks on regulatory compliance issues.
