David Childs is a partner with Holtzman Vogel Government Affairs in Tallahassee. He helps clients solve problems with government by modifying Florida statutes and regulations, supporting budgetary items, and identifying procurement opportunities. David has expertise in water policy, the legislative process, and state administrative procedures. He has drafted and passed significant legislation in Florida and registered lobbyist for various businesses and industries, including the Florida Chamber of Commerce and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. David holds a degree in biological engineering and previously worked as a staff engineer with CH2M Hill before attending law school.
