Experience Jay represents debtors, banks, secured creditors, indenture trustees, and purchasers of distressed assets in bankruptcy cases and other legal proceedings. He served as chair of Bradleyﾒs Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Distressed Investing Practice Group from 2008 through 2017.
