Karen M. Morinelli is a shareholder in the Tampa office. She has experience as a former General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources, which provides her with a strong business perspective in managing client issues. Karen has managed a corporate legal department and has dealt with employment issues in corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, national class action litigation, and an appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
