Bio
Kevin Malchow is a Florida workers’ compensation lawyer, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels throughout the state. He advises employers and insurance carriers on subrogation matters, accident investigations, risk management, premium disputes, coverage disputes, and other workers’ compensation related issues. Kevin focuses on defending self-insured employers, servicing agents, and insurance companies. He has experience in the trucking/transportation industry, agricultural, retail and service industries, and government/public sector entities. Kevin is a Florida Department of Insurance Certified Instructor and is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He served in the 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command and the 53rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team during Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation New Dawn. Mr. Malchow retired as a Colonel in the United States Army Judge Advocate Generalﾒs Corp. after 30 years of service.
