Bio Matthew G. Petra is a Real Estate Attorney and a Shareholder at the firm. He is board certified in real estate law by the Florida Bar and handles various real estate matters including acquisition, development, management, and disposition. His practice also focuses on commercial lending and representing tenants and landlords in commercial leases. Prior to joining ZKS, Matthew specialized in community associations, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He received his J.D. from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law, and his M.B.A. and B.S. in Finance, Real Estate from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. Matthew has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch by The Best Lawyers in Americaļ¾© publication. He is a dual citizen of the United States and the Czech Republic.
