How can I access a document that has been sealed?

It is not possible to access a sealed document unless authorized by the court. If you have been granted permission to view a sealed document (for instance, as a party or legal representative and the sealing was not done ex parte), you may go to the clerk’s office in the relevant division where the case was filed and provide valid photo identification.
