How does the Certification Process work?

Applicants must complete the Pre-qualification and Certification application. Please click [here](link) and select Certification Application.
Once the application is filled out, all necessary documents must be uploaded and payment must be submitted at the end of the application process.
The Certification Specialist will review the file to ensure all required documents are received and meet the standards of the organization.
A site visit will be conducted once the file is complete.
The file will be presented before the Certification Committee on the third Wednesday of each month.
Newly approved MBEs will also need to attend the New MBE Orientation to gain more information about the organization, its benefits, programs, and services, and to receive the certificate.
