According to the Arbitration Tracker, a periodical publication which has analyzed the statistics of arbitration cases, 80% of all client cases reach a settlement favoring the investor before the release of an arbitration decision. Over half of the remaining 20% that proceed to arbitration end with a decision in favor of the client. Stated differently, slightly less than half of the cases that go through arbitration conclude with a decision favoring the investment company.
