What distinguishes a small juror from a large juror?

A small juror serves on a criminal or civil trial. A small jury decides matters of fact, applies the law as directed by the judge, and engages in discussions to arrive at a verdict. A large juror serves on a grand jury to assess whether the facts and allegations presented by the Federal Prosecutor’s Office justify bringing charges in a criminal case.
