What is a Medical Cannabis Facility?

Florida’s licensing structure currently follows a vertically integrated model, requiring licensees to handle cultivation, processing, transportation, and dispensing of medical marijuana. According to Florida law, these licensees are known as Medical Cannabis Facilities. They are often abbreviated as “MCFs”.
