What rights do I have?

If you are suspected of criminal activity, you have several rights. The law enforcement and other investigators are trained to encourage you to give up these rights in order to implicate yourself. Regardless of what the law enforcement officer tells you, remember that they are not on your side. Their role is to apprehend you and provoke self-incrimination before handing your case over to a prosecutor.
