Where can I obtain the Temporary Order?

Once you have seen the presiding Judge, you will need to wait in a specific waiting area to obtain your documents. If a Temporary Order of Protection has been granted, you will receive copies of it. Additionally, if you are responsible for serving the respondent, you will obtain a summons and a copy of the petition.
